Registration is OPEN!

Thank you for your interest in joining us at the 33rd National Japan Bowl! Registration for the National Japan Bowl starts on November 20th and will remain open until January 31st. Registration will be completed online and all of the relevant links can be found here.

A complete Japan Bowl Application will include:

• Completed Team Registration Form (Teacher/Lead Chaperone Registration)
  • This form is to be completed by the Teacher or Lead Chaperone who will be bringing their team(s) to the National Japan Bowl. Students are no longer required to fill out individual registration forms. Teachers or Lead Chaperones must submit information about their school and students as well as pay any team or additional chaperone fees.

• Completed Observer Registration Forms, if applicable
  • If you would like to join the National Japan Bowl as an observer, either student or adult, please complete the Observer Registration Form.

• Completed Additional Chaperone Registration Form, if applicable
  • Teachers or Lead Chaperones must submit a Teacher/Lead Chaperone Registration Form before any other chaperones can be registered the competition. Please confirm with the Teacher/Lead Chaperone before submitting the Additional Chaperone Registration Form.

Once the initial forms have been submitted, we will send you additional required documents to be signed and returned to complete your registration.

Participants should not mail any physical documents to the JASWDC office unless prompted. Competitors, chaperones, and observers may all pay the associated registration fees using a credit card or by check.

All registration documents must be submitted by Friday, January 31, 2025 to be considered complete.
